Milieu is proud to announce the launch of a new study titled “European Green Deal and EU Enlargement: Challenges and Opportunities for Local and Regional Authorities” for the ENVE Commission of the European Committee of the Regions.

This study will examine how the European Green Deal is being incorporated into the EU enlargement process, identifying both the opportunities and challenges for local and regional authorities. The findings will provide practical insights to help these authorities drive the green transition in enlargement countries, supporting sustainable development and regional growth.

We are excited to contribute to this vital initiative, helping local and regional authorities play a leading role in implementing the green transition across Europe’s expanding borders.
