The European Commission and the European Parliament use feasibility studies to explore potential new EU-level actions and strategies. Feasibility studies often lay the groundwork for full-fledged impact assessment of policy or legal initiatives.  Milieu has carried out a wide range of feasibility studies, combining rigorous research with strategic insight to map existing conditions, identify and assess policy options, and evaluate their potential impacts.
