David Landais

David Landais joined Milieu in 2015 and currently leads Business Development. He holds an Engineering Degree in Water Sciences from Polytech Montpellier (FR) and an MSc in Water Management from Cranfield University (UK).

David has more than 15 years of experience in tendering procedures for various EU institutions and international donors, including the European Commission, the European Parliament, EU agencies, the Committee of the Regions, and others. Since 2008, he has been heavily involved in tenders and contract management for EU projects. He has acquired sound knowledge of EU procurement, project management, and financial procedures, in the context of both intra-EU projects and projects outside the EU. David also plays a central role in the financial aspects of proposals.
He has thorough knowledge of the management of EU Framework Contracts and large consortia and coordinates the preparation of Milieu’s responses to numerous requests for services. In addition, David contributes to projects related to water management and can support data collection at national level.

He speaks French and English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
