Florent Pelsy

Florent Pelsy is a Senior Legal Manager at Milieu with over 15 years of experience advising EU institutions on, inter alia, environment, energy and climate, public health, occupational health and safety, employment and financial services law and policies. A graduate of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and SOAS, University of London (LL.M. in Environmental Law), he supports clients across the full policy cycle from impact assessments of new legal policy options to the assessment of the implementation, including enforcement, of EU laws in Member States. He has a strong track record of managing complex multi-country and multidisciplinary studies for EU institutions over the last ten years. He works in French, English, and Spanish.
