Agnese Marchesini

Agnese joined Milieu in 2024 and supports communication and outreach activities across the organisation, managing both project-specific and in-house communication while helping to connect Milieu’s work with clients, partners, and stakeholders. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Languages for International Relations, where she specialised in English and French, and a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Development Studies from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Before joining Milieu, Agnese gained expertise in communications and event organisation through roles at the European Ombudsman and Italian NGO COOPI – Cooperazione Internazionale. At the European Ombudsman, she managed event logistics for stakeholder meetings at the European Parliament and handled media monitoring and press reviews, developing skills in digital communications and stakeholder engagement. Her work at Milieu focuses on coordinating communication initiatives and events for individual projects as well as broader organisational communication. She brings experience in organising professional events, managing digital media channels, and supporting outreach to diverse audiences across EU institutions and civil society. Agnese speaks Italian, English, and French as working languages.
