Anna Repele

Anna is an Italian national who joined Milieu in 2026. She has extensive experience in managing and delivering complex, multi-country and multi-mode research projects for European institutions, with strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, survey design and implementation, data quality assurance and analysis, and analytical reporting. She holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration and an MSc in Economics and Management for Government and International Organisations from Bocconi University. Her academic background provides a solid foundation in public policy–oriented research. Prior to joining Milieu, Anna worked for a Brussels-based research company, where she led several multi-country Eurobarometer studies for different Directorates-General of the European Commission. She also coordinated SAFE, a large-scale multi-country, multi-mode study for the European Central Bank and the European Commission, overseeing the full project lifecycle, cross-functional team coordination, data quality assurance, and reporting. In addition, she contributed to a European Parliament project producing electoral seat projections and participated in multi-country qualitative studies for the European Parliament, the World Bank, and the European Commission. Earlier in her career, she worked in social research and evaluation in Italy, focusing on social and healthcare projects in developing countries. She is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English, and has a good command of Spanish.
