Chloé Fages

Chloé Fages is a French and Belgian national who joined Milieu’s business development team in 2017. Along with her business development team colleagues, she is responsible for the follow-up and coordination of Milieu’s tenders, including the identification of tendering opportunities, the recruitment of and financial negotiations with partners and experts, the administrative preparation and the submission of offers. Her activities also include framework contract and project management tasks, as well as ad hoc support on projects such as the organisation of events, desk research support and translation. Before joining the business development team, Chloé worked as a Project coordinator to the EU-funded Clima East project within Milieu, from January 2015 to May 2017. Prior to joining Milieu, she worked as a trainee in advocacy and communication in different organisations in Brussels. Chloé holds an advanced Masters degree in European affairs from the Institute of European Studies in Brussels. She also holds a Master’s degree in Central and Eastern European politics and culture, specialising in German and Russian, from University Paris X – Nanterre . She is a French native speaker, and also speaks English, Dutch, German and Russian, and has passive knowledge of Spanish.
