Project & Resource Coordinator
Imbory is a business and project management professional with a multidisciplinary background in engineering and general management. Imbory holds a Master’s in general management from Vlerick Business School (BE) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Water Resources Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam (TZ). Since joining Milieu in 2016, she has played a central role in supporting the organisation’s operational activities, project coordination, and administrative systems. Her work focuses on project coordination, business and financial management, recruitment processes, research and analytical support mainly contributing to the marine and water policy implementation and analysis projects. Drawing on her engineering training, she approaches operational and financial processes with strong analytical rigour and attention to detail while in parallel supporting the environmental projects on the domain of water and marine. She contributes to the design and monitoring of internal administrative processes and workflows, ensuring consistency and reliability. Prior to joining Milieu, she gained experience in different international and multicultural environments, developing expertise in project management, sales, engineering designs and administration. She is fluent in Swahili and English with an intermediate level of French.
