Lise Oulès

Lise Oulès is a French national who joined in Milieu in January 2013. At Milieu, she manages and contributes to projects for the European institutions, in particular policy evaluations and impact assessments. Her main areas of expertise are on EU environmental policy, with a special focus on chemicals’ legislation, water legislation and environmental assessments. She holds a master’s degree from the Institute of Political Studies of Lille (France), specialising in European policies and law. She is a French native speaker and also speaks English and Spanish.
