Maya Melina Verdugo

Maya Melina Verdugo joined Milieu in February 2026 as Office Administrator. She brings over eight years of experience in leadership, office administration and project coordination, supporting multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced and international environments. Prior to joining Milieu, Maya held supervisory and coordination roles in healthcare and research institutions in the United States, where she led teams, optimised administrative workflows, coordinated complex logistics and supported staff onboarding and day-to-day operations. Known for her proactive and people-centred approach, she helps foster collaborative, well-organised and efficient working environments. Maya’s Mexican-American background and multilingual skills contribute to a warm and welcoming office culture. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian and is currently improving her conversational French.
